VIII-th International Conference "SOLITONS, COLLAPSES AND TURBULENCE: Achievements, Developments and Perspectives" (SCT-17)

in honor of Evgeny Kuznetsov's 70th birthday. The conference  will be held in Chernogolovka (40 km north east from
Moscow) in the new building of the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics in May 21 - May 25, 2017.
